The great outdoors are great, but not on the feet. For those who like to rip the terrain with all-terrain vehicles chances are the feet take ripping too. Now Muck Boots is introducing the first rubber boot designed for all-terrain enthusiasts. These feature a micro fleece liner to absorb moisture and keep riders warm and dry. The boots are also designed to be durable and yet lightweight, and most importantly will keep mud and muck out.
2012 SHOT Show: MUCK BOOTS to Introduce First Rubber Boot Designed for All-Terrain Enthusiasts
Cranston, Rhode Island THE ORIGINAL MUCK BOOT COMPANY™ will introduce the Terrain to its 2012 outdoor sporting collection at SHOT Show, January 17-20, 2012, in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Terrain is the first rubber boot designed for all-terrain enthusiasts.
“For the approximate 5.5 million ATV riders and snowmobile owners in the US and Canada, the Terrain provides the footwear comfort and quality needed to enjoy any outdoor adventure,” said Director of Footwear Sean O’Brien.
The boot is cradled in a micro fleece liner that absorbs moisture, keeping the rider warm and dry from temperatures ranging from sub-freezing to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, the durable and exceptionally lightweight rubber outsole is supportive yet flexible enough for a rider to easily control the pedals of an ATV and keep their foot firmly in-place on metal grate surfaces. Protective rubber overlays and a reinforced ankle area contribute to the supportive design and overall comfort of the boot. The boot’s tall upper portion is finished with a “dirt skirt” that keeps mud and debris out.
Like all MUCK BOOTS, the Terrain features a premium breathable Airmesh lining that wicks away moisture for all-day dry comfort. The CR foam bootie cushions the 100 percent waterproof boot. CR foam is the highest quality material available that ensures waterproofness and comfort. All MUCK BOOTS are vulcanized, so that the rubber overlays form a durable protective outer shell. The boot is available in New Mossy Oak InfinityÒ ($254.95), and black and gray ($244.95). Sizes include men’s 7-15. The boot will be available in September 2012.
