These days if you participate in an extreme sport, you may not be a part of it unless you film the action. Now there’s several cameras that make that bit easy. The newest is the ATC Mini from Oregon Scientific. The ATC Mini is a waterproof video camera that is mountable on many objects including helmets and weighs only 70 grams.
The camera has a 1.3MP sensor with a lens that records 720p video. The lens captures 110 degree field of view. Oregon Scientific includes a 32GB microSD memory card, which allows up to 1.5 hours of video. The waterproof camera can withstand depths of 20 meters to record underwater footage of your adventures.
The Oregon Scientific ATC Mini looks like it’s currently available in the U.K. Our guess is that it will be available stateside before too long.
