This ST1 is aimed at commuters more than those looking for a casual weekend ride, and as such it offers a lithium-ion battery that can power a 500-wattt rear-mounted brushless-hub motor and provide up to 30 mph of speed with a 50 mile range. Regenerative braking further helps power the battery.
