We’re not saying this shoe burned up and rose from the ashes, but perhaps if you wear it you’ll be able to burn up the track – at least stylistically. The Nike Air Pegasus 83/30 offers a classic look and comes in a range of colors. There is even a reflective strip that provides visibility at night. The shoe offers a mesh upper that features stitch-less construction for a comfortable fit with excellent ventilation. It will look good and feel good – and isn’t that a way to rise above?

Nike’s Free Minimal Approach
Nike doesn’t stop, and the shoe and apparel maker has apparently been keeping quite busy. The new Free Hyperfeel shoes are designed to mimic the working of the human foot. This was accomplished by using the pressure-mapping technology and high-speed film to analyze the foot in motion so that the Nike’s designers were able to provide padding and protection only where it is needed.
The end result is a shoe that features just seven components – so this is a truly minimal shoe in more ways than one. These new shoes will hit the road in September. Video after the jump
Nike Looking Fly(knit)
Nike isn’t likely to be caught standing still. Not that a company really goes running, but with shoes like the Nike Free Flyknit motion is just something that might seem perpetual. This pair combines two running shoe technologies, the Flyknit and the Free, and the result promises to be something comfortable and lightweight.
The Flyknit Free offers a second-skin fit while the upper, midsole and outsole work to create a natural feel with every step. The upper features a polyester yarn that is woven with a proprietary knitting machine to create little to no waste, while further minimizing weight.
Nike Looks to Incyte
While it might be hard to reinvent the wheel, Nike continues to look to refine the soccer ball. Its new Incyte was designed with Nike RaDaR technology and micro-textured casing to provide for high visibility and consistent touch on the field. This pattern reportedly allows players to see the ball and react faster, while the five-layer construction provides for better control at first touch.
The design also promises faster, farther and more accurate ball flight. Nike might just “incite” a revolution on the soccer pitch with the Incyte.
Nike Golf App Goes 360 Again
Wherever your travels take you the Nike Golf NG360 app will be there with you. The new app, which launched in the United States last May, will now be able to track rounds on more than 30,000 courses in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Ireland, Germany, Sweden and France. Available for iOS it can provide golfers with an innovative digital tool for swing analysis, game tracking and gear recommendations.
The app allows golfers to score rounds and track various statistics including scoring average, driving accuracy, greens in regulation and average putts per round. The NG360 app allows golfers to see how they stack up by monitoring results and beating their personal bests.
The training section also helps golf athletes get into golf shape thanks to Nike Golf’s partnership with the Gray Institute, the foremost leader in Applied Functional Science. The Gray Institute has developed the NG360 Functional Performance System that is tailored to golf movements that the body makes, a clear distinction from other training systems; while golfers can also navigate the latest Nike Golf products in the app that are suitable to their needs. These include the Nike Golf Ball Recommender, which makes it easy for golfers to find the right ball for their game, while athletes can get dialed from tee to green, driver setting recommendations and game analysis are included in the app.
Nike’s Urban Camo
Camouflage isn’t just for hunters and Special Forces these days. The camo prints have long since become fashionable and the Nike Lunar 5 EXT Camo running shoes do make a statement. These also feature laser cut ventilation, Flywire technology and Lunarlon Sole unit for superior comfort while running in the urban jungle. There is even a subtle gray soosh!
Nike’s Ultra Toxic Shoes
With a name like Hypervenom you know this shoe is going to have some bite. Designed for soccer (football to the rest of the world), this new Nike shoe features a soft mesh outer that is coated in a polyurethane film and special weatherproofing technology that can stand up to the rigors of the pitch, yet offers an almost “not there” feel. The Hypervenom can bite into the field thanks to its stud configuration that allows for fast movement that makes for fast kicks.
