Finish Without Friction

Finish-Line-MaxMountain biking can be dirty business, and getting to the finish line ahead of the competition in a bike race means having a bike that is perfectly tuned, but even if you aren’t racing Finish Line’s new Max Suspension Spray will help reduce friction and suspension stanchions.

This can help smooth out, quiet and even improve the performance of old and new forks.

The Finish Line Max Suspension Spray is made with polysiloxane and function-specific fluoropolymers, and it can also be used on rubber gaskets and o-rings to condition and protect them. The Max Suspension Spray can even be sprayed on a bike’s downtube to prevent mud build-up.

For those looking to go the distance, the Finish Line Max Suspension Spray will help get you there.

Bust The Rust in the Chill Zone

Rust is no friend to bicycles, and often time bikes that are improperly stored can see parts practically fused together with the nasty stuff. Don’t stress about it, fight back… calmly.

Finish Line Technologies has introduced a new rust-busting product called Chill Zone, which is designed to free parts that are rusted stiff and might normally need to be replaced. It can work on fused seat posts, derailleur springs and even seized crank bolts. This new products utilizes an aggressive refrigerant propellant that freezes and contracts metal, which in turn causes the rust to crack, while a high grade penetrating and release agent works to break down and flush out the rust.

After application Chill Zone leaves behind a lubricant along with rust inhibitors to protect parts and prevent further corrosion, meaning that no additional lubrication is needed after use.

So next time you see some parts fused with rust, don’t sweat it, instead go to the Chill Zone.

Finish Line Crosses the Line Into Recyclable Bottles

When you’re done with that bottle of bike lube, do you wonder if you can recycle? Finish Line Technologies just made the switch to polyetheline terephthalate plastic, or PET, for its bottles. That includes Finish Line’s Ceramic WET Lube; Ceramic WAX Lube; Dry Lube made with Teflon Flouropolymer; WET Lubricant; 1-Step Cleaner and Lubricant and Ceramic Grease products.

The company used PET for its stability. The material provides improved barrier permeability, preventing paneling and the loss of product due to evaporation through the bottle walls. The barrier protection protects the stability of the formulations inside, and increases shelf life. Continue reading Finish Line Crosses the Line Into Recyclable Bottles
