Adidas Originals is truly living up to its name and is allowing for people to take their Instagram photos and have these printed directly to a pair shoes. Why this is necessary we can’t say but this could ensure you never mix up those shoes again!

Maximum Air
Nike is promising smooth running this summer with its Nike Flyknit Air Max running shoes, which offer a lighter waffle pattern outsole that has been redesigned to distribute the wearer’s weight more evenly. The shoes feature Flywire technology that integrates with the laces and provides a dynamic yet supportive fit.
The sculpted cushion midsole will put spring in the step, while the flex grooves provide for more natural range of motion. The crazy colors include reflective elements that should enhance visibility in low light.

Down and Dirty
DZR Shoes are meant to get down and dirty. The company has released a new line of dirt-focused cycling footwear for Spring 2014. This line includes SPD-compatible and flat pedal styles; where the flat pedal models feature an interchangeable flex system that gives riders the choice of either a soft or stiffer feel, as well as a gum rubber outsole with counter grips and sticky rubber that keeps feet planted on the pedals.
The new Terra model, which is DZR’s highest performance SPD shoe, was developed by the DZR Global Development Team on the UCI race circuit. It features a fiberglass shank and a form fit molded heal cup for improved power transfer and control, plus the Terra also gives added protection with leather in the heel and toe.
These are stylish shoes but that shouldn’t stop users from getting them dirty.
Giro Charges Up
Bakcountry.com has gotten charged up for its Whiskey Off Road event, and has unveiled a special edition cycling shoe, the Giro Empire MTB, which is available in Backcountry electric blue. It features the Empire’s lace up design, while the uppers are made of Tejin and have a microfiber lining. The sole is EC90 carbon fiber and these shoes are designed to tackle any mountain.
The shoes are available for pre-order online, and will be officially released starting on June 1st.
Foot Armour
Apollo is considered a complex Olympian deity – and was a god of light and the sun, truth and prophecy, healing, plague, music, poetry, and more. He’s not as swift as Hermes/Mercury but apparently Under Armour still thought Apollo the worthy namesake of its new Speedform Apollo running shoes.
These feature a seamless heel cup, which naturally cradles the shoe to the foot and provides superior support without heel discomfort. Ultrasonic seams throughout the shoe provide just the right fit while form-fitting upper is breathable to let heat escape. The lightweight midsole also helps provide shock absorption without added bulk. It might have wearers feeling like the shoe is one of poetry in motion.
Tiger Time
Nike Golf has introduced the latest footwear design in its TW’ 14 family. The TW’ 14 Mesh is breathable, flexible and perfect for summer, and this shoe merges innovative technologies from the original TW’ 14, such as the Nike Free-inspired outsole, with custom options previously only available on NIKEiD. In addition Nike Golf designers paired the Nike Free-inspired design and Dynamic Flywire technology featured in the TW’ 14 with a ventilated mesh upper and lower-profile Integrated Traction on the outsole.
“The mesh upper and Integrated Traction options have been incredibly successful with the TW’ 14 on NIKEiD,” says Lee Walker, Nike Golf Footwear Product Director. “Consumers have told us they love it. So we created a version of the TW’ 14 with those features that people can try on in stores and purchase on the spot.”
The TW’ 14 Mesh is available now in White/Black-Volt-Wolf Grey and Base Grey/Black-Lagoon Red-Dark Base Grey.

Sealed Socks
While the winter is finally over that just means we now have mud and water to deal with. For those looking to hit the trails there is the SealSkinz, a British made sock that features a polyurethane membrane that makes the socks waterproof but air-permeable. This means feet will breathe but still stay dry.
Adidas is on the Roll
When we think of Adidas shoes are the first thing to come to mind, followed by apparel – but the company looks to hit the road on wheels this year. For 2014 Adidas has collaborated with Bombtrack Bikes to create a limited edition track bike. It is a minimalist looking ride, but apparently you’ll have to head to Asia or Europe to get one. It will only be available in Adidas stores but sadly not in the United States.
