This year there’s actually snow on the slopes, so you might get a little bit more excited about new ski gear coming out. Rossignol certainly is excited, it’s releasing an all new Alltrack series. The premier boot, the Alltrack Pro 130, is an all-mountain boot packed with features.
The Alltrack Pro 130 is available in 100mm (pro) and 102mm lasts. The boots use a new Sensor Grid technology that retains powerful energy transmission, and reduces weight and improves shell fit. A new OptiSensor 3D Thinsulate liner offers a better optimized fit that provides comfort, warmth and support.
Popsi-Block technology allows for a new ski-hike mode. The dual sole provides a greater hiking range-of-motion and doesn’t intrude on the downhill performance. Grip soles and arches provide increased traction and durability for hiking, even when the climb includes rocks and other tricky terrain.
A WTR (walk-to-ride) rockered sole that’s interchangeable is a great add on to the boot, as it provides better walk-to-ride and skiing performance, based on which cleat is on the boot.
